When the farm buys paid modules, you receive 20% of the value of its first-year contract — paid out after every invoice the client settles.

How it works
After you apply we e-mail you your partner code, link and QR code. If you meet growers in person — cards to hand out, too.
It opens your link or scans the QR and enters an e-mail. Hour registration is free forever — the grower pays nothing for having come from you.
If the farm decides on paid Softfruit.farm modules, you receive 20% of the value of its first-year contract.
When the client pays an invoice, we let you know by e-mail. You issue us an invoice or a bill — and we transfer the commission.

Who it is for
You do not have to sell. It is enough to give the link or a card to someone who will really use it.
You advise on growing, fertilisation, crop protection or farm finances — you have trust and regular contact.

Rules
Short and honest. You will receive the full terms by e-mail with your code, before you sign anything.
We store the partner code in the farm’s account at sign-up — permanently. If the farm came earlier with another partner’s code, the commission is theirs. On the sign-up page the code is kept for 30 days.
We pay commission on invoices the client settles within 12 months of the start of its first paid contract. After that period the commission from that farm ends.
Commission is calculated on amounts the client has actually paid. An unpaid invoice or a refund means no commission on that amount.
After we inform you of the client’s payment you issue an invoice (business) or a bill. We pay by bank transfer to the account you indicate.
Commission does not cover your own farm or farms we are already in commercial talks with at the time of sign-up. A code shared by several people is used only by agreement with us.
Either you or we can end the cooperation with 30 days’ notice. Commission from contracts that started before the end is paid until the end of their first year.
Questions
No. The price for the farm is the same with or without a partner code. The commission is our cost, not the grower’s. Free hour registration stays free.
Then we have no way to attribute it to you — the code from a link or QR is saved automatically, but a typed-in visit without a code reaches us as a sign-up without a partner. That is why the card carries a short address with your code. If you know a farm you referred signed up without the code, write to us right away — we will look into it individually, but we cannot promise attribution after the fact.
When the client pays an invoice, you get an e-mail from us with the commission amount. You issue an invoice or a bill, we pay by transfer. The free module earns no commission — the first money appears when the farm buys paid modules and pays for them.
No. You get an e-mail with the fact of a sign-up — date, campaign, your code — without farm data. Grower data is protected and we do not pass it to partners. If you handed the card over yourself, you know who anyway.
Yes — the programme covers Poland, Ukraine, Morocco and Spain. The sign-up page is in Polish today; further language versions are in preparation.
You do not need a company to apply and refer. We settle by invoice (business) or bill. Details of settlement for people without a business we will agree with you before the first payout.
